Home-made Pizzaritas Recipe!
Half of French baguette
Hunts Tomato Sauce 115g
Eden Everyday Grated Cheese 30g
Half cup Mushrooms
Half cup Bell Pepper
1) Toast slices from french baguette. Set aside.
2) Slice and dice all the veggies according to liking.
3) Lather a teaspoon of tomato sauce on top of each french baguette slice.
4) Top with toppings according to desired order.
5) Sprinkle cheese on top and heat in oven for about 5 minutes.
Makes 10 Pizzaritas. and yes, I solved everything even to the last tomato. :)

These Healthy All-vegetable Fajitas were made from diced Lettuce,Tomatoes,Onions,Carrots and Cucumber with a dash of salt and pepper. Yummy Menu! Since I was very inspired by Yahoo’s special feature on summer sandwiches, I made one myself! Two whole wheat toast with tomatoes and basil, plus steamed chicken leg quarter. So fulfilling! love love love 1200caloriediet|tumblr :*
Guilty-free meal! Gosh and I was really stuffed. For protein, that would be the kidney beans from my Chili Con Carne and the Salad was made up of Lettuce,Tomato,Cucumber,Carrots, and Bell Pepper! I adore Bell Pepper <3 love love love 1200caloriediet|tumblr :*
How I marinated the chicken fillet:
1) De-bone Chicken breast part
2) Slice in fillet sizes
3) Pour about 1/4cup Pineapple Juice on fillets
4) Sprinkle with Powdered Orange/Mango Juice Drink (I TOLD YOU SO ;)) maybe around one tsp.
5) Don’t Mix the ingredients yet. Add pinch of salt,pepper,ground oregano and basil.
6) Set for two hours in the fridge covering the plate/container with plastic wrap.
7) When ready to grill, that’s the time to turn the fillets on the other side.
You will notice that the orange-y color will stick to the fillets and the flavor would just be awesome because all that sweetness and tangy-feel from the pineapple and orange/mango juice will really seep into it. Enjoy!

Carrot & Zucchini Pasta sided with Wheat Toast for dinner! Yum!
1) Peel Carrots into long strips, same goes for Zucchini.
2) Slightly saute these two in oil, with one clove garlic.
3) After about 3-5 minutes. Set aside.
4) For sauce, I made mine with Italian-style spaghetti sauce, added some onion and bell pepper, also a splash of milk for that creamy taste, and a splash of pineapple juice for the tangy-ness.
5) Added bits of Mozarella cheese in the sauce.
6) Let simmer for 3-5mins also.
7) Serve on top of Carrot and Zucchini “Pasta”
8) Grate some Mozarella on top and a dash of basil.

Awesome Dinner Menu: Grilled Chicken Fillet stuffed with mashed garlic and slices of Tomatoes and Cucumber on Whole Wheat Toast. Filling up the fillets with garlic was a really good idea! It gave the whole thing a yummy kick!
