Breakfast fit for a king! maybe around 350cals fulfilling goodness in a bowl! 1/3 cup Quaker Rolled Oats, 1/4 cup Quaker Instant Oats(Banana and Honey flavor), 1/3 cup Anchor Lite Milk, Sliced Papaya and Half Banana, and sprinkled with a dash of cinnamon!
